Ana Lopes is from Portugal and grew up in the Sao Miguel Island (Azores), where the acting business is practically inexistent. Her first performance was in elementary school and she got so fascinated with the experience that, since then, she couldn’t stop organizing plays and directing short films with her friends. When she went to the mainland to study law at the University of Lisbon, she was selected to become a member of the University’s Theatre Company, where she acted in adaptations of acclaimed works, such as The Trial (Franz Kafka), Twelve Angry Men (Sidney Lumet) and Waiting for Godot (Samuel Beckett). She also became the Company’s producer as well as joined two other Theatre Companies and acted in student and professional short-films and features. As soon as she got her law degree, she came to Los Angeles, where she took the one-year Acting for Film Program at the New York Film Academy (Universal Studios). She has performed at the Victory Theatre, the Dorie Theatre, The Lizard Theatre and the Bootleg Theatre, as well as worked in several commercials, short-films and music videos here in Los Angeles. She has also had some small parts in movies but this is her first leading role in a feature.
Damion Robinson was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. He always had a passion for the Arts. He showed more of a focus in the areas of Film, Television and Writing. Even though he possessed an admiration for these specific fields, it never seemed like a realistic career choice. He eventually found other means of expressing his creative side by writing lyrics for Hip Hop and Rap Music. He later attended Bunker Hill Community College where he acquired a basic knowledge in Video Production. Once he moved out to California, he realized that California was flooded with thousands of actors and people who possessed the same dreams and aspirations he did. He was not discouraged by the overpopulated Film Market. He was able to find professional acting training and worked on a couple of commercials and an episode on LA Forensics. Still very young in his career, he was able to land the part of Tyrone C-Note Hill in the up and coming feature: A Hip Horror Story produced by Liquid Flame Productions. We expect to see big things from him in the future and believe his career should be a very interesting one to follow.
